Any Occasion

No sentiment on this one so I know I'll be able to use it for any occasion.  You never know when you may need a card in a rush.  The colors from The Paper Players challenge caught my attention the moment I saw them. The Not Quite Navy and the Pool Party look really good together with a touch of Certainly Celery. Perfect! However, the sketch was giving me a hard time so when I saw Freshly Made Sketches #30, bingo!!  I made the punched border by first cutting one end then adding the width of the ribbon and the width of the border. The border punch is from MS and the CS is from SU except for the green which is from my stash.  Enjoy!
