Happy New Year!

ColourQ challenge #117 is one I really like.  One of my favorite color combos is black, white and an accent color.  Had in mind to use blue but instead I used red.  This is a card that has double duty... to wish my friends a happy new year, give them a certificate and to thank them for their friendship, that made it triple duty.
