This is the third take on making this card... total lack if inspiration.  First, I wanted to combine it with two other challenges but that didn't work.  I tried making it just for one and nothing.  Then BAM! Inspiration came from heaven and I love the card. I used my Cricut to cut the stars and the #1, an embossing technique with ink that I've been wanting to try and some old DSP.  Within an hour the card was done. Enjoy!
